FOUR FIRES IN 13 HOURS
[by telegraph—press association.] NAPIER, Feb. 22.
A six-roomed farmhouse at Meean.ee, owned and occupied by Mr. J. Doouey, a dairyman, was burned to the ground this morning. Six occupants escaped by the windows. The insurances are unknown. This, makes Napier’s fourth 'fire in 13 hours.
