TRAGIC DISCOVERY BY POLICE. IV CABLE-PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPVRIGH I Received 10.50 a.m. to-day. MELBOURNE, Feb. 17. An elderly couple, Rli chard Clements tnd his wife, were found dead at their home at Bulumal, near Bairusdale. On breaking into the house the police found the aged couple lying in pools of blood with their skulls battered and a blood-stained hammer was lying nearby. The house was a scene of disorder and all the drawers had been ransacked. It is believed the crime was committed by a burglar, who was disturbed while at work.
