FORTY PASSENGERS KILLED TRAIN’S PLUNGE INTO RIVER. THREE CARRIAGES SUBMERGED. BY CABLE -PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGU'I DELHI, Jan. 29. Forty people were killed and 30 injured in a railway disaster 100 miles from Rangoon on the main line to Mandalay. A mail train crossing a bridge near Ivyautaga dashed into the river, the engine and three carriages full of passengers being submerged. It is practically established that the disaster was caused by the work of wreckers at Kyautaga, for sometime a centre of disaffection. •'
