ROMNEYS PATCHY. [BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) HASTINGS, Jan. 26. Romneys were patchy during the first day of the ram fair, but good lines fetched from five to 22 guineas. The latter price was for six shearlings sold on account of Perry and Son, Masterton, to R. E. Jefferson, Mail on. To-morrow the balance of the Romneys will be submittel and various other breeds and studs on Saturday.
