[BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION. 1 L DUNEDIN, Jan. 18 Arrears totalling £9OO were cated in a maintenance case, at the Police Court, when James Edwin King, who was arrested at Christchurch on a warrant issued seven years ago, was charged with the disobedience of an order for -maintenance in respect of ms wife. _ Accused had been living under an assumed name and admitted that he had an obligation to another woman and to three children. He assured the Court that lie would do what he could if given a chance. He was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended if he paid £4 6s 8d monthly.
