Continued publication of stories to the effect that the United States Government i s becoming more sympathetic to a programme which would couple a reduction of German reparations w;th the readjustment downwards of war-time debts owed to the United States finally brought details to-day from the State and Treasury Departments.
The: United States is., not considering participation, as reported, in an international economic conference at which i and war debts would bs considered. The United States Government does not anticipate at this time any developments in connection with German reparations.
