250 PEOPLE DROWNED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION- COPYRIGH'I Received 11.45 a.m. to-day. BERLIN, Jan. 4. An unconfirmed report states that the Russian steamer Ogoza foundered in the Black Sea at the height of a storm. Two hundred and- fifty people were drowned.
