SEARCH FOR SUSPECTED MURDERER, BY CABLE- PRESS ASSOCI ATION—COPYRIGHT Received 12.35 p.m. to-day. NEW YORK, Dec. 22. It is now learned that the suspect cashed a second 20-dollar bill of the ransom money last night at Kent, Washington, 15 miles south of Seattle. In the meantime, a clerk of a hotel at Astoria, Oregon, reported that a man •resembling the suspect registered there before daybreak. He appeared to be tired and nervous. He left the hotel at 6 o’clock in the morning,_ saying that he was going to meet a friend, but he failed to return.
