MYSTERIOUS PLANES.
MAY BE USED FOR OPIUM SMUGGLING. BY CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received 11.50 a.in. to-day. PERTH, Dec. 23. Two mysterious aeroplanes were recontlv observed on the. north-west coast of West Australia. Suspicions are entertained that they are being used to smuggle opium into Australia. The}’’ are apparently operating from some island near Java.
