ALLEGED BRIBERY
THE HEARST CHARGES. FOUR SENATORS NAMED. PROMPT DENIALS MADE.

Mr. William Randolph Bearst f urnshed the Senate investigating committee with documents purporting to show that a fund was provided by President Dailies, of Mexico, for ion.' Uni led Sitteites senators. He named Heflin (Alabama), Lafollctte (Wisconsin), Borah (Idaho), and Morris (Nebraska,) . Dudley Field Malone, of New York, was named as the Mexican financial agent. Immediately their names were mentioned Senators Bo rah, Heflin and La'ollette appeared before the committee and denied that they bad ever received money from such a source or had been approached by anyone wiio might have been interested in such an offer. Senator Morris was ill at home, but his friends denied the charge on his behalf, and moved to secure a statement from him.—A.P.A. and “Sun.”
