HAS BRITAIN A SCHEME? NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPY RIGHT Received 11.55 a.m. to-day. LONDON, Dec. 14. In th© House of Commons, asked whether Britain had prepared a scheme for naval disarmament to submit at the forthcoming preparatory commission on disarmament at Geneva, Mr. Locker-Lainpson replied that it mush wait till the commission meet. He imagined that there was a scheme, but it was impossible at present to state what proposals would be made at Geneva. The Rt. Hon. W. C. Bridgeman, m answer to a question,said that he did not think the new American naval nrogramme gave grounds for departing from the decision to reduce the British cruiser programme.—A.P.A. and “Sun.”
