Emergencies are as follow.—loo and 220 yards, L. O. Williams (Auckland) ; 440 yards, C. M. Olsen (Otago); 880 yards, C. Campbell (Wellington); one and three- miles, A. D. Priestley (Wellington) ; shot, L. Hunt (WanganuiTaranaki) ; discus, W. Harvey (Wellington). The team will assemble in Wellington on December 24 and disband on December 29. The selection was submitted t-o a special meeting of the council of tire N.Z.A.A.A. this afternoon and approved. NEW SOUTH WALES HAS STRONG TEAM. BY CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. v SYDNEY, Dec. 13. The executive of the New South Wale? Amateur Athletic Association decided to acid Norman, Ebert and Walker to the team to visit New Zealand. A number of others not officially selected are also making the trip. The 'New South Wales team at the championship meeting will be very strong. QUEENSLAND REPRESENTATIVES WELLINGTON, Dec. 13. The Queensland visitors are: L. C. Parker, 100 yards, 220 yards, 440 yards and relay; H. Day, 100 yards and broad jump; N. Grehan, 100 yards and broad jump; A. S. Parker and W. Wall. 100 yards, 220 yards, relay and handicaps; J. M. Watson, high jump; E. Keskiren, field events and decathlon.
