BIG GERMAN VENTURE. CAPITAL OF £12,500,000. DYE TRUST’S NEGOTIATIONS. BY- CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received 10.25 a.m. to-day. LONDON, Dec. 13. The “Daily Chronicle’s” Berlin correspondent says that the Herman Dye Trust proposes to issue £12,500,000 six per cent, debentures. It is understood the money will 'be utilised for extending operations in the production of oils, motor fuel, also ammonia and other byproducts from the huge brown coal deposits- in Saxony, the developing processes for which require large capital. The Dye Trust, in a statement, says that it is about to sign an agreement with the French chemical industry, but negotiations with the English chemical industry have not yet led to a tangible result.
