Stanley Baldwin, on being asked whether, in view of the Dominions increasing protection to l their secondary industries, he would consider the desirability of inter-imperial agreements permitting parts of the Efnpire to specialise in certain industries, replied that this would be only attainable by negotiations within the industries themselves.—A.P.A. and “Sun.”
