EXPELLED' FROM LITHUANIA. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received 11.20 a.m. to-day. LONDON, Dec. 12. The Riga correspondent of “The Times” nays that the Lithuanian War Minister, M. Daukantas, who is acting as Prime Minister during M. Yalde mara’s absence, expelled General Budry’s chief of the political police, allegedly due to his facilitating the departure of the opposition leader, Dr. Bystras during the recent political crisis.—‘ ‘Times. ’ ’
