FOUR TIMES BANKRUPT. (BY TELEGRAPH “PRESS ASSOUT ATION. I GISBORNE, Dee. 8. Israel Zelhor, charged with breaches of the bankruptcy Act bv contracting debts amounting to £129 with five Gisborne firms without reasonable expectation of ability to pay and with failing to keep proper books and accounts, pleaded guilty. ‘The Grown Prosecutor stated that accused had been four times previously bankrupt. The Magistrate: “And still firms gave him credit. Nearly every firm in Gisborne scorns to bo on the list. Accused was remanded till to-morrow for sentence.
