• An evening frock, witli bodice to the waist of black chiffon velvet-, and a skirt of full black law over a pink slip and divided up to the knees in front. Bashes of two and three colours may be worn with fluffy day or evening dresses and -silk dresses may have sashes of two different materials, as satin and georgette, for instance, with .fringed ends to each. Or again, a satin or lace evening frock will be mote attractive with a broad tulle sash (any colour that yon please), tied firmly round the bins and finished at one side in a- large how with the ends hanging down to the hem of the frock.
