MEMORY OF MONSIGNOR POWER. The solemn “Month's Mind” requiem mass commemorating the death of the late Mon signor Power, Y.F., which occurred just a month ago, was held this morning when there Avas a very large gathering of clergy from all part® ol New Zealand and members of the several Taranaki parishes. The Convent school children were also present. The mass was sung by Father Kirnbell (Wanganui) who also preached an appropriate sermon. The deacon Avas Father Bow (Westport), and the subdeacon Father O’Dwyer (Alumna), Father Evans (Hawera), being Master, of Cennonies. Mrs. Good.son played the music of the mass, the choir being composed of the visiting clergy, who included Dr. Kelly, of “The Tablet” (Dunedin). Fathers Minogue, Breen (New Plymouth), Rowan (Johnsonville), Gill. Duggan, Kaveney (Wellington).’ McUerinitt (Foxtqn), Forest al (Tnglewood), Lvn eh (Pa tea), Sweeney (Opunake). Cahill (Stratford), Vibeaud. Campbell, Le Croix (Wanganui), Walsh (Mimi), and Garrahy (Taihape).
