ALLOCATION OF REVENUE. A telegram as under lias been received by Mr. J. W. Harding, clerk of the Ilaivera County Council, from Mr A. E. .Tull, chairman of the Counties’ Association:— “The Motor Spirits Taxation Act provides for eight, per cent, of the tax being paid to boroughs of over 6000 population. Failing such allocation, we consider the proposed tax unjust and strongly disapprove of same.’’
