The Constantinople correspondent of ‘ ‘ The Times” states: The police have discovered a widespread Communist movement, engineered by Chefik Husin Bov, who was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment iu 1920 for Communist activities, but who escaped to Russia. He has returned in* disguise, using a French passport, and has begun holding meetings, distributing Communist propoganda. There have already been 04 arrests, including two officials of the local branch of the local branch of Arcos Ltd., an employee of the Russian Bank, and the secretary of the Turkish Communists. —‘ ‘ Times. ’ ’
