ASSASSINATION REPORT DENIED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received 10.10 a.m. to-day. MOSCOW, Nov. 16. Reports that Trotsky was assassinated after his expulsion from the Communist Party arc groundless; also the statement that lie and Zinovicff were arrested.
