FALL=SINCLAIR CASE. INVESTIGATION ORDERED. JUDGES LATEST ACTION. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received 12.1 p.m. to-day. WASHINGTON, Nov. 15. A new development in the Fall-Sin-clair trial .and the subsequent alleged jury-tampering charges occurred when Mr Justice Siddous appointed, a committee of three members of the bar to investigate the activities leading to his recent declaration of mistrial, and to institute criminal proceedings against the guilty, if the findings warrant it. The Judge’s action is taken as indicating that proceedings for contempt of court are lkely to be taken against a number of persons allegedly to be involved. The United States attorney, Mr Gordon, who has been leading the Government investigations .of alleged jury-tampering as included in the committee. ~ In the meantime, detective Burns and his son await further questioning before the Grand Jury.
