TORTURED TO DEATH.
RUMANIAN REPRISALS ON BULGARIANS BY CABLE —PB.ES3 ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. SOFIA, Nov. 15. The Official Press Agency reports that upwards of 100 Bulgarians have been tortured to death by Rumanians in the Dobrugja distict, formerly part of Bulgaria. The trouble 'began when a Rumanian was found killed. Rumanian villagers, in revenge, seized a number of Bulgarians and burned tnem alive, head downwards, over flaming straw.
