ARBITRATION ACT AMENDMENT. WORK FOR PARLIAMENT THIS > WEEK. (BY TELEGKAPH—SPECIAL TO “THE STAR.”) WELLINGTON, Nov. 5. In addition to the Gaming Amendment Bill, which its expected to reach the second reading on Monday night, members anticipate that the Government will introduce the Licensing Amendment Bill at Monday’s sitting of the House. The Arbitration Act Amendment Bill is unlikely to be (reported from the Labour Bills Commitniittee till the end ofthe week,. as fixtures have berm made for witnesses until Wednesday, and (there are nine vet to call. The committee is working long hours, vesterday’s sitting commencing at 9.30 and continuing with meal intervals, - till 5.30. It resumes at 10 a.m. on Monday.
