OLD CONTEMPTIBLES ON ARMISTICE DAY. •<Y CABLE PRESS ASSOCIATION --onPYiIIGH I LONDON, Oct. 23. The Old Contemptibles’ Association is planning a pilgrimage to Mons on Armistice Day. Three hundred representatives of every unit will he present. The battle veterans will drawn up in a sin gle line to observe the two minutes’ silence, and, then the buglers and trumpeters who were present on the first day of the battle will sound the Reveille and the Last Post.

On the following Sunday there will be a drumhead service on the spot where the first Old Contemptible* fell.
