(From Our Own Correspondent.) DAIRY FACTORY PAY-OUT. Yesterday the M'lienuaku.ra Co-oper-a.M've Dairy Company paid out iSOUU odd to suppliers. This represents a further bonus of one penny per Lb. on all buttei-faf supplied last season and Is Gd iper lb. on elieese and Is o)d per lb. on butter for the month of September. INQUEST. An inquest was held on Tuesday touch in<>' the death of the infant child of Mr and Mrs N. Hodge, of Alton, which occurred at the local hospital on the previous day. The medical evidence showed that the child had been delicate from, birth. It was brought into the hospital to allow of an operation being performed, and died while Hie anaesthetic was being administered. The local branch of the Plunket Society will hold a shop day on Saturday, November 5; in aid of the society s funds, and gifts of produce, etc., will be gratefully accepted.
