LATE MR. C. A. STRACK.

. MESSAGE OF SYMPATHY. ON BEHALF OF OLD BOYS AND GIRLS. The news of the death in Auckland was learnt in Hawera with the deepest sorrow by the many former pupils of the Hawera school who were under Mr. Straclr’s control during the many years of his headmastership. To mark this sympathy Mr. H. L. Spratt sent to-day the following message to Mrs. St rack at Auckland on behalf of <ld girls and boss: “News of your sad bereavement received here. Kindly accept for yourself and family mine and other Hawera old boys’ and girls’ condolences and deepest sympathies.”
