a Y CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT MEXICO CITY, Oct. 3. The Mexican Presidential campaign may be decided on the battlefield. Two candidates. General Gomez and General Serrano, heading the anti-re-elec-tionists, have revolted and a third candidate, General Obrigon, is ready to take the field against them. Eight-hundred soldiers and officers have revolted hefe and there have been similar outbreaks at- Torreon and Vera Cruz. 'The Government claims it- is in control of the situation. NEW YORK, Oct, 4.
A message front Nogales, Arizona, states that dispatches there report a revolutionary Government has been formed in Mexico City. Five hundred soldiers marched out of the city garrison at dead of night and took the field. Their destination is believed to be Puebla, but General Obrigon has predicted a quick collapse of the movement.
Several aeroplanes were sent .in pursuit and bombed the rebels. This resulted in unknown loss of life and created havoc among the troops. An additional four thousand Federal troops have been sent to- overtake the mutineers and they are expected to engage in battle at any moment. Mexico City is reported to be under martial law and is being patrolled by 15.f100 soldiers.
