HAWICK-A v. PATH A. The following will represent the Hawera Cricket Club in a friendly match against l’a-tea on Saturday : McCarthy, Machin, Jennings, McKenzie, Malone, Crombie, Neilsen, Busing, JSntwistle, Gahin, Foster. Cars will leave post office at 1.15 p.m. The remainder of the ciub members and all intending members are requested to attend net practice at 2 p.m., as the selection of teams for the competitions will be made after Saturday’s play. A team of Manaia. cricketers will be picked from the following to play Okato at Manaia. on Saturday at 1.30 p.m.: Gyde, Hobday, Whalen, Hughes (3), Spooner, Campbell, Young, Kitt, Clarke, Broomfield, Guise, Haynes, Hickey. The team is requested to be on the ground at 1 p.m sharp.
