C’oal operators and miners alike 'believe that the strike settlement which is effective throughout Illinois is likely to influence a settlement in other centres. Already 72,000 men have returned to work in New York and Illinois, but the situation at Indiana, Ohio, lowa and Missouri is not affected. This strike commenced in April.
