CYCLE ROAD RACE
CAMBRIAN ROSE BOWL. WEDNESDAY’S HANDICAPS. Handicaps for the final of the cycle road race series conducted under the auspices of the Hawera Amateur Athletic Club for the Cambrian rose bowl have been declared as follow: C. Griffen, W. Stenning, V. S. Tippett, scr.; R. Rumble, J. R. Kelly, J. Dykes lrnin.; C. Gates, H. Kelson, R. Kelson, i£min.; A. G. Moore, R. Wallis, T. Lay, 3min.; C. Walker, G. Ingram, 4|min.; L. Bryant, J. Kelson, W. Kelson, smin.; H. McCabe, G. H. Perrett, sJmin.; A. Gyde, 6min. The race is to start at 3 p.m. on Wednesday from the Hawera showgrounds, and will be over a route of approximately 18 miles through Normanby and Okaiawa, and returning to the showgrounds via the Scott and Main South Roads.
