AVIATOR NARROWLY ESCAPES DEATH. BY CAP.I.E—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT NEW YORK, Sept, 19. Martin Jensen, winner of the second Dole Honolulu flight prize, crashed on Saturday, narrowly escaping death, in the mountains of Northern Arizona. Early on Friday he left Los Angeles for a non-stop trans-continental flight with a tame movie ..on as solo passenger in n special cage built behind the pilot. “I was sent tb deliver the lion and if T could not do it aboard the aeroplane 1 was at liberty to try it walking.’’ said Jensen to the .cowboys who found him on Sunday afternoon loading the lion by Die collar and trying to find a water-hole.
