LONDON QUOTATIONS. The Farmers’ Co-op. received the following cable this morning from their London agents: Butter firm, hut inactive, at LSs to 180 s; cheese steady at 9Cls to 100 s; lamb firmer. The wool sales opened to-day and prices compared with the bust London series are par to 5 per cent, up. , There was good competition and Continental buying.
