The writ for the Raglan by-election was issued this morning. It is returnable in twenty-eight days. As far as can be ascertained, the date of polling day has not been fixed, but it is- announced that -the election will be held before the end of the month. Tliere -a,re four candidates so- fia-r, Messrs. A. H. Waring (Reform), W. Li. Martin. (Labour), T. Barker (Liberal), and E. Piggott (Independent Labour).
