SEPTEMBER. PAY-OUT. Mr. C. H. Courtney, secretary to the El t ham Dairy Company, lias supplied the following particulars of payments to l>e made by the company on the 26th instant: An advance of Is 6d per lb on but-ter-fat supplied during August for buttermaking. A final payment of id per lb tor butter-fat front milk supplied during May for casein. A supplementary payment of 3d per lb on butter-fat supplied 1 during March and April for cheesemaking. _ Total payments amount to £12,35.. INCREASEI) PRODUCTION. The August butter-fat (95,1241 b) showed an increase of 16 per cent over the corresponding month of last year.
