RUFFLED' ANNUAL MEETING. (by telegraph—press association.) CHRISTOHiU R OH, Sept . 1. There were some sharp wordy passages at the annual general meeting or shareholders of the Ivaiapoi, iW oollen Manufacturing Company yesterday. Several speakers criticised the directors’ policy and there was a lively discussion upon the question of the appointment of a general manager. There is no dividend 1 for the ordinary shareholders this year.
