THE WEEK’S BUSINESS. SUMMER-TIME BILL. OBSTRUCTION TO CONTINUE. BY TELEGRAPH - SPECIAL TO THE STAR. WELLINGTON, Aug. 29. The Monthly Imprest Bill will be introduced when the House of Representives resumes business on Tuesday. If there is an opportunity later, the remaining stages of the Finance Bill will be taken. As. Wednesdays are still available ■ for private members' Bills, the Summer-Time Bill will ibe reached On that day, and indications are that the obstruction by a minority of nineteen will be continued, no further developments towards a compromise having taken place. -
