REFORM CANDIDATE ANNOUNCED (by TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, Aug. 30. Mr. P. G. R.. Taylor, iai farmer and the Onevvhero Riding member of the Raglan, County Council has announced to-day this intention to contest the seat in. the Reform, interests. Mr. Ernest Piggott, a farmer of Buckland, who contested the Raglan seat at the general election as a Labour candidate, stated that he was piepared to contest the seat again if he was selected by the Labour organisation in the electorate.
