For the Association Cup, Diamonds defeated Thistle by 7 goals to nil; Institute 3 beat Seatoun 2. The following will represent Wellington on Saturday in the English Cup match at Tarrant, Gibb, MeGirr, Findlay, Jeffrey, McCormick, McLeod, Dickenson, Anton, Mack, Hamilton; emergency, Guest.
IN OTHER CENTRES. Auckland—Chatham Cup: Ponsonby 4 v. Rotowaro 0. Senior competition: Shore I v. Thistle 0; Navy 3 v. Onehunga 0. Master ton —The Wairarapa senior competition was won by Masterton.
