ILLEGAL USE OF MOTOR CARS. (BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) NAPIER, Aug. 26. The North Island Motor Union decided at its annual meeting to-day to request the Government to make the unauthorised use of a car the subject of a charge, of theft, with a term of imprisonment without the option of a fine.
