NEW CRUISER TO BE LAUNCHED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received 2.10 p.m. to-day. BERLIN, Aug. 17. Germany’s third post-war cruiser, a sister ship of the 6000-tonner Karlsruhe, will be launched at Kiel on August 20.
