♦ TH 1R TEEN-YEAR. CYCLES. SYDNEY Aug. 4. Interest in the theory of 13-year weather cycles in Australia has been revived by the present dry seasons generally. According to the old man, the opossums and goannas were too weak, o>\\ i.ng t o the condition prevailing, to climb the trees. That year would fit in with the 13-yeai cycle.
