Yal Barkeer, president of the Amateur Boxing Association and secretary of the International Amateur Boxing Federation, questioned regarding the Olympiad Committee’s decision, says that it is certain all nations which are members of the Federation will be debarred from boxing at the Amsterdam Olympiad. —A.P.A. and “Sun. ”
