SLY-GROGGER FINED. (BY TELEGRAPH “PRESS ASSOCIATION .) WELLINGTON, July 30. James Stewart Middleton, who keeps a confectionery business in Riddiford Street, Newtown, was fined £3O in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday on a charge of sly grog-selling.
