GENEVA, July 2G. The news that the Rt. Hon. W. C. Bridgcman and Viscount Cecil are returning to-morrow was received with satisfaction in Japanese and American circles, where the greatest uneasiness prevailed over the prolonged absence of the British delegation in London. GOVERNMENT STATEMENT THIS WEEK. Received 12.35 p.m. to-day. LONDON, July 26. The Hon. Winston Churchill announced that the Government intended to make a statement on Wednesday or Thursday dealing with the Geneva naval discussions.
