ACCUSED MEN DTSOHAAGED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received 10.30 a.m. to-day. LONDON, July 25. The fen men who were arrested in connection with Mr. O’Higgins’ murder, have been discharged, no evidence being offered against them. The crowd cheered the decision.
