A BUILDING RANSACKED. A largo warehouse was ransacked and tlie burglars got away with hundreds ot pounds’ worth of merchandise. The manager was particularly annoyed the following day to discover that the thieves had stolen his reserve of Bears’ Mild Tobacco. “It was so confoundly awkward,’’ he said to a friend. “Half-day closing for tobacconists, and there was I with out a smoke.’’ “But you could have borrowed a pouchful somewhere.” “Yes, but I must have Bears Mild.
