The question of constructing a bridge across the Waiteinata harbour, which has received a considerable amount of attention within the past few years, has claimed the- careful consideration of Alessrs. Holgate and Luke, civil engineers, of Wellington, who have carried out painstaking investigations in connection with (he scheme.
