SERIOUS CHARGES ALLEGED

(by TET.KGBAPH PRKBB ASSOCIATION.) CHRISTCHURCH, July 12.

On charges of illegally using an instrument on a female, Robert Grant Bastion, Henry Allen Fellingham, and William James Alexander Mitchell, all young men, were to-day committed to the Supreme Court for trial.

The cases concerned two young women, one of whom had recovered, but the other is still seriously ill in the Christchurch Hospital. Bail was allowed Fellingham who was alleged to have been concerned with the girl who had recovered, but the magistrate refused bail in the other eases in view of the girl’s serious condition.
