TSINGTAO CRISIS ENDED. RAILWAY SERVICES RESTORED. SHANTUNG TROOPS IN ACTION. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COP X RIGHT .- Reecived 10.35 a.m. to-day. SHANGHAI, July 10. The Tsingtao crisis is reported to be ended. Chengshin was routed by Sun Chuan Fang, who is co-operating with Chang Chung uaang and the Shantung militarists. Railway communication between Tsingtao and the inland cities has been restored, principally owing to patrolling by Japanese troops. In the meantime, the main Shantung army is locked in combat with the vanguard of the Cantonese in the vicinity of Lincheng. It is claimed that the southerners have been repulsed. A conference is in progress between the garrison commanders of the five foreigu Powers regarding the defence of Tsientsin.
